Returns & Refund Policy
Policy Duration: Report issues within 30 days of delivery to be eligible
1. Overview
Because products are uniquely printed per order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind. Exceptions are made for manufacturing defects.
2. Reporting Issues
For damaged or incorrect items, contact us with your order ID and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange either a free replacement or refund. No returns are required.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation. Please allow a few business days for processing.
4. Refund Exceptions
- No refunds for purchases made over 30 days ago
- No refunds if issue is due to customer error (wrong size/color choice)
5. Store-Side Returns (If applicable)
If we accept a physical return, we will provide a return address. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
