1. Eligibility

2. Platform Clarification

Creovia uses Printify as a POD provider. Printify does not handle customer interactions—Creovia is responsible for customer-facing processes including refunds and support.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Upload harmful code, spam, malware
• Collect personal info of others without consent
  Violation may result in immediate termination without liability.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content belong to Creovia or partners. Using our service does not grant rights to any third-party IP unless explicitly allowed.

5. Liability Limitation

Creovia is not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, sales, etc.). Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last month.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Creovia against claims arising from your content, use of services, or misconduct.

7. Termination

Creovia may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. Your withdrawal or cessation of use does not remove prior liabilities.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by local jurisdiction (e.g. EU or Bangladesh), unless otherwise agreed. Any dispute resolution specifics can be added here.
